CURRICULUM VITAE AND RESEARCH INTERESTS |
In 2012 she achieved an M.A. degree in European and Pan-American Languages and Literatures at the University of Bergamo with a dissertation entitled Anglicisms in Slavic Languages: a comparison among Russian, Polish and Croatian (Supervisors: Prof. Andrea Trovesi, Prof. Elena Treu).
Since 2012 she has been working as Teaching Assistant and Tutor of Russian Language 2 and 3 at the University of Bergamo, Faculty of Modern Foreign Languages. She also started teaching Russian language at the International Seminar of Russian Language and Russian Culture, held every year at the University of Bergamo.
In January 2013 she obtained a qualification to organize and be in charge of preparatory courses for the achievement of the International Certificate of Russian Language TORFL-TRKI (levels TEU, TBU, TRKI 1) from Rossijskij Universitet Družby Narodov (RUDN), Moscow.
In January 2013 she started a Ph.D. programme in Slavic Studies at the University of Padua, Doctoral School of Linguistic, Philological and Literature Sciences. Her research topic is the expression of the category of aspect in Russian and Serbo-Croatian (Supervisor: Prof. Rosanna Benacchio).
Her main research topics are: linguistic purism and language policy, with special attention to Croatian (her mother tongue); methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language.
