Conference registration

The Conference registration fee includes attendance at all the conference sessions, conference programme and materials, welcome drinks, coffee breaks, and conference dinner party.

Payments

All payments have to be made in Euro. For bank transfer please indicate all details clearly and be sure that the payment arrives without any charge. Cheques are not accepted.

Confirmation

Please note that your registration can only be confirmed after receipt of the full payment. A written confirmation will be forwarded as soon as your registration has been duly processed.

Receipts

Receipts for the registration fees will be processed after the conference. They will be sent to the addresses indicated on the form.

Cancellation and substitution

Conference fees will be refunded if a written request is received by February 19, on payment of a 20 Euro cancellation fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after February 19. Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellation requests will only be processed after the conference.

Liability

Registration does not include any form of insurance. The conference organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents to participants or for loss of, or damage to, their private property during the Conference. Conference participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.
