Oral Presentations

Oral presentations are allocated a total time of 20 minutes, (every 60 minutes there will be 10 minutes for discussion).

The room where the conference will be held has a PC, so you can use a pen drive for your presentations, or you can connect your own portable computer if you prefer (please bring the adaptor if you use a mac).

The presentations should be in a PPT compatibile format or PDF. Both audio files and special character fonts should be inserted in the presentation file.

Before the oral sessions, authors should contact the conference technicians to transfer their presentations to the Workshop computer and check that they work perfectly.
