Registration fees

The registration fee covers:
A conference package, three lunches (22-24 September), an aperitivo and evening welcome event on 22nd September, coffee breaks and refreshments during the conference.

The conference dinner is NOT included and will be paid for in cash (€40) on site.

PLEASE NOTE
If you wish to pay the reduced registration fee for LCA members, you have to be an LCA member at the time of registration. You can apply for LCA membership using the application form on the LCA webpage. If you wish to pay the reduced registration fee for PhD students, you have to be a PhD student at the time of registration.

REGISTRATION
One presenter for each paper should make sure they register and pay the fee by 31 May. Other participants should register by 31st August.
N.B. For administrative reasons, it will NOT be possible to register for the conference between 7th and 21st August.
Fill in the Registration form (from the link below) and provide the information required in the sections about Participant, Registration Options and Invoice.

PARTICIPANT
Fill in the form with your personal details. Please make sure you write the name of your institution (e.g. company, university, research centre) exactly as you wish it to appear on your conference badge.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Choose the fee that applies to you and the the Payment type:
• by bank transfer
• PagoPA (by credit card)
N.B. PagoPA allows further payment options, such as PayPal.
Please finalise your payment as soon as you complete your on-line registration.

INVOICE
Choose natural (private) person or legal person (company)
Fill in the mandatory fields and the optional ones that apply to you.

Once you have filled in all the fields, click on CONFIRM REGISTRATION
You will receive an e-mail with a link to complete the registration. When you click on the link, you will be directed to the "Payment details" page. Click on the "Start online payment" button at the right bottom of the page. You will now be asked to access the PagoPA system with your SPID code (option available for Italian residents) or e-mail address. Follow the instructions to choose the exact payment method and conclude the transaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations with requests for registration refunds must be received in writing on or before 31/08/2022. A EUR 60 processing fee will be applied to refund requests by the deadline given, bank charges may also be deducted. The refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the given deadlines nor will they be given for failure to attend or for unattended events. Please contact the organisers at lcr2022pd@unipd.it regarding all cancellations.
