Oral presentations

Oral presentations are allocated a total time of 30 minutes, (20 min for the presentation and 10 for questions).

The presentations should be in a Microsoft Power Point. ppt compatibile format, and both audio files and special character fonts should be inserted in the presentation file. Each author should bring their presentation in a USB portable drive, to transfer the file to the computer to be used for the presentation. Authors may not use their own computer for their presentations.

MAC users are asked to check the compatibility of their presentation with the Windows version of Microsoft Power Point, prior to their presentation.

Before the oral sessions, authors should contact the Workshop technicians to transfer their presentations to the Workshop computer and check that they work perfectly.

Posters

The organizers will provide stands for posting an A0 (84 x 118 cm) vertical or landscape poster. The organizers will also provide the material for hanging the poster.
